Paste a for-sale listing link into ChatGPT and KeyBid reads the listing and calculates its short-term-rental yield with the same engine as the browser extension. No installation, and it works on your phone too.
What KeyBid does in ChatGPT
KeyBid analyzes for-sale property listings as short-term-rental investments. The data comes from the listing itself, not from estimates: price, area, number of rooms, location, photo and features. The yield is calculated deterministically, without AI, exactly as in the extension.
How it works
- Open KeyBid in ChatGPT and paste the listing link.
- KeyBid reads the listing. It usually takes under a minute; slower portals can take a little longer.
- You get the estimated net yield (ROI), together with the facts read from the listing.
- If you want every detail, ask for the PDF report and pay through Stripe. The report arrives by email and shows the same ROI.
Which listings are supported
- Romania: OLX.ro, Storia.ro and Imobiliare.ro — apartments, studios and penthouses. Report: 49.99 lei.
- Greece: Spitogatos.gr. Report: €24.99.
- Spain: Idealista.com. Report: €24.99.
Rental listings, search pages and removed listings are refused. For Romania, houses and villas are not supported, the same as in the extension.
When a screenshot is needed
Only when a listing cannot be read automatically. ChatGPT then asks for a screenshot or the listing details, and KeyBid rejects implausible values (for example an impossible area or price per square metre) before calculating.
What's in the PDF report
- A 5-page analysis of that specific listing
- The ROI and net yield, the same as in the chat
- Revenue, occupancy and nightly rates by season
- Operating costs and local taxes for the property's country
- Risks, recommendations and a conclusion
The report is an estimate for short-term renting, not an official property valuation.
City indicators
For general research, KeyBid in ChatGPT also offers indicators for 191 cities in 56 countries: average nightly rate, occupancy and seasonality. These are estimates produced by an AI model, not booking data, and are presented as estimates. A listing’s yield does not use AI.
